What's included: Activations include a free $2.00 credit balance, which can be used for 16 voice minutes (or 13 texts) and a new phone number. If you have an existing phone number that you would like to keep, please refer to our porting instructions. What's NOT included: A phone is NOT included. If you don't already have a phone that you can use on the PagePlus Network (see our compatible phone list), you may want to consider getting a phone through E-bay via Mr. Rebates. By joining Mr. Rebates first, you will automatically receive a $5 rebate just for opening a Mr Rebates account (it's free!) plus a 3% discount for all your E-bay purchases. Or, you can try BigCrumbs to earn up to 36% cash back off what the E-bay seller pays to list their item on E-bay.
We can only activate the following branded CDMA-type cell phones:
1. Verizon and FreeUp
2. Alltel
3. Amp'd Mobile (Except Motorola e816)
4. GSM and iDEN types are NOT compatible.

Notice:
Wherever you decide to purchase your cell phone, just be sure it is not be blacklisted on the Verizon network or reported as stolen on any carrier. Also, Verizon Prepaid phones can no longer be activated on the Page Plus Network (see "Warning" below). Be careful when buying a phone on E-Bay - many Page Plus dealers are trying to "unload" Verizon pre-paid phones that can no longer be activated on the Page Plus network. In addition, Page Plus is no longer able to activate or port Blackberry's. Please see our Compatible Phones List for the most up to date information on which phones you can use on the Page Plus network.

We offer same-day service on all activations submitted before 9:00 p.m. EST, 7 days a week. When your new service activation is complete, you will receive an e-mail containing your NEW phone number and activation instructions. Your activation will be processed after checkout and is non-refundable, whether the activation was successful or not. A successful activation is solely determined by the phone you are trying to activate. For more information, go to Compatible Phones and view the warning below.

*Your phone's ESN/MEID can usually be found on the label under the battery. It is not the same as the pESN. It may be labeled as DEC or HEX. It can also be found in the phone info menu on your phone. The ESN is either an 11-digit number, or an 8-digit number and letter combination. If it is an MEID, it will be a 14-digit number and letter combination usually starting with A00000 or A100000.

*WARNING: VERIZON Prepaid phones (the ones that come in blister packs and are usually sold at WalMart, Target etc.) will NOT work on our service - Verizon no longer allows these phones to be activated on the Page Plus Network. Also, Page Plus is no longer able to activate or port Blackberry's.
