Autopay Frequently Asked Questions
Auto refill is the LAST thing on your to-do list. If you are new to Page Plus, please follow the steps in the list below:
- First, you will need to do just ONE (NOT both) of the following: either
activate a new number OR port your existing phone number from another carrier.
Pay careful attention to the section that describes the type of phone (and carrier) that will work on Page Plus.
- Once your number has been assigned or ported successfully, follow the activation instructions contained in your confirmation e-mail (in most cases,
you will need to complete "over-the-air programming" by dialing (star) *22890 and then "send or call" to activate your device. For 4G phones, activation will just involve putting your Page
Plus SIM Card in the device and turning it on ONLY after being instructed to do so by us. Wait for the on-screen confirmation that your phone has been programmed successfully. BUT YOUR
NOT DONE YET - You will still need to complete one outgoing long distance call (an incoming call will NOT work - it must be an outgoing call with the area code first) to
complete the activation process. During this outgoing call, listen carefully to the automated message, and press either press "1" for English or "2" for Spanish when prompted.
The call should then go through to the phone number you called. Congratulations! You have sucessfully activated your phone on the Page Plus Network!
- If for some reason you were not able to successfully activate your phone, please call the toll-free number listed in your confirmation e-mail.
- Now that your phone was activated successfully, you can go ahead and sign up for AutoPay.
No, Auto Refill is only for the monthly plans - The $12.00 Plan (The $12.00 Plan is NOT available on 4G phones), $29.95 Plan, $39.95 Plan, and the $55.00 Plan.

This is a fairly new development in the world of credit / debit. More and more banks are blocking who you can purchse from - believe it or not,
you will actually have to call your bank and tell them that it is ok to let us charge you. Green dot customers are pretty much out of luck -
this company is usually unwilling to remove the hold. But most other debit card companies will release the hold - you simply have to call them and
ask. Then, let us know so we can put the charge through.
