The 12 plan is our light usage package for minimal cell phone users.  The The 12 plan offers the right amount of talking and texting for anyone looking to save on their monthly bill.  Plus, you get 100 MB of data so you can do things like occasionally check your email or lookup something online.  It's the perfect low budget, monthly plan.

Autopay customers will automatically be charged $12.00 each month (no PIN loading necessary - we handle everything for you).  Autopay can be canceled at anytime.

How to Activate The 12 Monthly Plan

Current customers wanting to "downgrade" to The 12 Monthly Plan will need to load a $12 Monthly Plan PIN (if you are on autopay with us, just make a request to be downgraded).  When "downgrading" to the $12 Plan, the PIN will "stack" and go into effect on the expiration date of the current plan.  The opposite will occur when a $12 Plan customer "upgrades" to a higher-priced plan (e.g., going from the $12 Plan to the $29.95 Plan, etc.).  The plan change will be processed IMMEDIATELY, so be sure you are ready to end your current $12.00 Plan.  This rule applies when changing from ANY lower-priced plan to a higher-priced plan.

† If the service plan is unable to renew (e.g., because of insufficient available funds), your service will automatically be moved to the "Standard Plan" and voice calls will be billed at 10¢ per minute and text messages will be billed at 10¢ per message until the plan can be renewed (This would only apply IF you have placed extra funds on the account.&Nbsp; If no extra funds are on the account, then your service will be suspended and cease to function until you add funds or a new monthly plan).
* Data Transport is used to transmit and receive data for picture messaging (MMS), mobile web (WAP), app downloads (BREW), e-mail and all other standard applications that require data not listed here.  This rate applies if you exceed the 100 MB included in the plan or if the plan did not renew (e.g., because of insufficient available funds or failing to load the $12 Monthly Plan PIN).

Account Life Cycle

The $12 Plan renews automatically every month.  In order to keep your Page Plus monthly service active, you must add a new $12.00 Plan card/PIN before your next renewal date.  Failure to renew your plan will trigger a 60-day grace period, after which your phone number will be deactivated.
