Page Plus Autopay Instructions

 

First, setup Autopay with Page Plus by going to this page.  Use the Chrome or Safari Browser (other browsers may not work well)

You should see a page that looks similar to the image below - enter your phone number in the blank space and click the red "Next" button: -

Register



If it takes you back to the "Login Page," that means you already have an account with Page Plus. In that case, either Login or click the link that says "Forgot your username or password?" (see below)





If you haven't setup an account, then fill out the registration form:





It will take you to an "Account Verification" form (see below) - it will ask you to enter the code from the Verification e-mail you were just sent - there is an issue with this form, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get this page work - so, we need to bypass this step.   Just go back to the "Login Page" (click the link circled in yellow, below) and click the link that says "Forgot your username or password?" 





The system will send a "password reset" link to your e-mail address on file - click on the link in the e-mail - it will take you to the "Change Password" Form (see below).  Enter your e-mail address for the username and the verification code found in the e-mail you were just sent  Enter a NEW password OR the SAME password - it will work either way and press the red "Reset" button on the bottom left.  This will reset your password, and you can now go ahead and login with your e-mail and password.





Once you are logged in, you will need to add your phone number to your newly created account - click "Add/Remove/Edit Phone" on the lefthand side - then, click "Register Another Phone" when this page comes up:





You will get a text message, and you must enter the code texted to you to complete the addition of your Page Plus phone number. Once added, you can click on "Auto Refill" on the left-hand side - it will take you to the page below - scroll down and you should see your phone number listed - click "Add Auto-Refill for this Line" (if you don't see your phone listed (as shown below), please "LOGOUT" and LOGIN AGAIN - it will show up when you LOG BACK IN):





Click on the Plan you want to sign up for (see below) - It will ask you for a "Start Date" - Choose your start date from the calendar and click the blue "Go to Checkout" button at the bottom of the page:





Fill out the "Checkout" Page and and click the blue "Continue" button at the bottom of the page:





Tick the box that says "I accept the Terms and Conditions" and then click "Finish and Place Order" (see below) - You will be charged on your Renewal Date and each month on the same day thereafter.  Congratulations!  You did it!  Anytime you need to make a change (Credit card, renewal date, etc), just click on the "Auto Refill" link on the left-hand side of the page.
