AIO Wireless

Account number is a 9 digit number that can be found when you login to your account.

Passcode is your 4 digit security PIN.

Airvoice Wireless Account number is your SIM card number. The Passcode is last 4 digits of phone number.
Alltel (Postpaid) The account number can be found on your most recent bill. The passcode is your 4 digit PIN/Lock Code.
Alltel (PREPAID) The Account number is the 10-digit phone number. The passcode is the 4 digit PIN/Lock Code.
AT&T CONTRACT The account number can be found on your most recent bill.  Call AT&T at 1-888-898-7685 if you don't have it. The password will be your online password.
  For bundled bills, you will need to call AT&T customer service at 1-888-898-7685 for the passcode - it will be a 4 digit PIN number that they provide to you.
AT&T Go Phone Call the AT&T Number Transfer Request Line at 1-888-898-7685 to get your account number - it is NOT listed on the online account. The passcode is your 4 digit PIN.
Black Wireless Account number is the SIM card number (usually starts with "89014"). The password is the last 4 digits of that sim card.
Boom Mobile Account number can be found in your login account (or call customer service at 1-800-767-5599). The password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Boost Mobile Please call Boost at 1-888-266-7848 to get your 9-digit account number. To reach a live person, wait for the opening message to go to English. When prompted, enter your Boost phone number. Press option "4" for "Technical Issues." Listen to all of the 5 or so menu options. At the end of the all these menu options, wait 10 seconds, and you will be prompted to chat with a Boost Customer Care Representative by pressing "0" (zero)." When prompted, enter your 4-digit Boost PIN number. Ask the Boost Representative for your account number. They will ask you why, and just tell them that you are changing carriers and that the Boost coverage is spotty in your area. If you tell him you are getting a better price, he will try to talk you into staying, so stick with "the coverage is spotty." He will finally provide you will the long awaited account number!! Congrats! Your passcode is your 4-digit PIN with Boost, the same PIN that you login with.
BYO Wireless Your account number will be listed when you login into your account - or, you can call BYO Wireless at 1-855-801-2969 to get it.  Also, your name and address MUST match exactly. There is no passcode - just enter 0000 for the passcode
Budget Mobile (Now EnTouch Wireless) Your account number will be listed when you login into your account - or, you can call Budget Mobile at 888-777-4007 to get it. There is no passcode - just enter 0000 for the passcode
Charity Mobile You must call customer service at 888-611-0154 to get your account number - it is NOT listed anywhere on your online account. There is no passcode - just enter 0000 for the passcode
Clear Talk Wireless You must call customer service at 877-797-1696 to get your account number - it is NOT listed anywhere on your online account.  The passcode is what you set up when you opened the account with Clear Talk - it could be a word or PIN number. If you don't know it, you can call 877-797-1696 to get it.
Consumer Cellular Account number can be found online or by calling Consumer Cellular at 1-888-750-5519 (it is 9 digits). The passcode is usually the last 4 digits of your social security number. Also, the name and address must match
Cricket Account number can be found online or by calling the Cricket Porting Department at 1-866-351-7678 (then option 2). The passcode will be your Authorization ID (or "AID").
EasyGO Wireless Account number is the SIM card number (usually starts with "89014"). The password is the last 4 digits of that sim card.
EnTouch Wireless Your account number will be listed when you login into your account - or, you can call EnTouch Wireless at 1-866-488-8719 to get it. There is no passcode - just enter 0000 for the passcode
Envie Mobile The account number is your phone number including the area code (no dashes or spaces) The passcode/PIN is the last 4 digits of your phone number
Family Mobile Account number can be found on your monthly statement from Family Mobile. The passcode is "call-in" passcode when you call customer service.  If you don't know it, call Family Mobile Customer Service at 1-877-440-9758
Flash Wireless The account number can be found by logging into your account at flashwireless.com The PIN is something only you know - you created it when you set up the account.  If you don't know it, you will need to chat with customer service by going to FlashWireless.com
FreedomPop The account number is your phone number with a "1" in front of it.  You must call FreedomPop Customer Service at 1-888-743-8107 to get your 4 digit PIN code.  The FreedomPop Porting Department does NOT work on the weekends - Please allow 2 to 4 days for the number to be released.
Project Fi by Google After you cancel your service (your service will stay active until the number is ported out), you will be provided with the account number and password.  Go to this webpage for further instructions on how to cancel: https://support.google.com/fi/answer/6079398  The password with be provided when you cancel service.  It will be available in a notification on the Project Fi app and website.
Google Voice Account number is 10-digit phone number Customers full name and address must match. It will take 4 to 10 business days to complete, and you MUST UNLOCK Your Google Voice number BEFORE you submit your port to us. To unlock your number, go to the Google Voice Unlock Page and sign into your Google Voice account. Click "Unlock my number" underneath your Google Voice number. Click "Continue" to confirm that you wish to unlock your number. Sign into Google Wallet to complete the port out process.  Passcode is the last 4 digits of the phone number, unless you changed it to something else.
Go Smart Mobile The account number is your phone number (including area code)   The passcode is your 4-digit PIN - if you are not sure what that is call Go Smart Customer Service at 1-877-582-7788.
Great Call Account number can be found on your bill or by calling Great Call Customer Service at 800-918-8543.  Port will take 1 to 3 business days to complete. You will need to call Great Call Customer Service at 1-800-918-8543 to get your PIN/Passcode
H20 Wireless Account number will be provided by H20 customer service at 1-800-643-4926.  They will ask you to verify 3 outgoing phone numbers you have called recently.  Once confirmed, they will text you your account number. The password is the last 4 digits of that sim card.
Line 2 / Toktumi (3 to 5 days port time) The Account Number is your phone number. the passcode is your login passcode.
Lyca Mobile Call customer service at 1-866-277-3221 for your Account Number. Call customer service at 1-866-277-3221 for the passcode PIN.
Majic Jack Login to your Majic Jack account, and click on the "Account" tab at the top - it will be listed at the top as "Accountid" - number MUST BE active on the Majic Jack device and NOT on the Majic Jack App. The passcode is usually your LOGIN passcode. If you have never logged in, you will contact Majic Jack to get your passcode. To contact them, you'll need to start a chat by clicking their "Live Help" tab on the Majic Jack website.
Metro PCS Account Number is a 9-digit number (NOT phone number). The passcode is call-in passcode, (usually 8-digit birthday).
Net10 Wireless Account number is the IMEI number of your Net10 phone.. You can find this number in the "Prepaid Menu" on your phone or remove the battery and look for it on the back of the phone. For the passcode, just put "0000" as Net10 does not require a passcode.
Page Plus Cellular The Account number is your phone number with area code (no dashes or spaces) The passcode is your 4 digit call-in passcode.  If you don't have a call-in passcode, you will need to call Page Plus Customer Service at 800-550-2436 and get one set up
PlatinumTel The Account number is the phone number. The passcode is 0000 -
Puppy Wireless The Account number will be listed on your "account dashboard" when you login.  If you still can find it, call PuppyWireless at 800-724-7164 The passcode is the last 4 digits of your phone number - the port from Puppywireless will take 24 to 72 hours to complete
Pure Talk USA The Account number can be found on your original Welcome Letter - it is also the number you use to login to your account online.  If you don't know it, please call Pure Talk Customer Service at 1-877-820-7873.  The first and last name must also match on the account, as well as the address. There is NO Passcode, unless you specifically set one up - so just enter 0000
Red Pocket Mobile Account number is is a 12 digit number that must be obtained directly from Red Pocket Customer Service at 1-888-993-3888 The passcode is the last 4 digits or characters of ESN/MEID or last 4 digits of SIM Card.
Republic Wireless Account number is your phone number (including area code).  Port will take 4 to 7 days to complete. The passcode is your zip code.
Ring Plus Account number is your phone number (including area code).  Also, Name and Address MUST MATCH the name and address as listed on the default method of payment in your dashboard The PIN number is the 6 digit MSL in your dashboard
Safelink Wireless The account number is the IMEI of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself - under the battery, so remove the battery!) The passcode is the last 4 digits of phone number.
Selectel Wireless Account number is your phone number (including area code) The passcode is the last 4 digits of the phone number, unless you changed it to something else with customer service.
Simple Mobile Account number is your phone number (including area code). The passcode is your online password (or last 8 digits of your SIM if you haven't changed it).
Solavei Account number is the phone number. The passcode is 0000.
Sprint The Account number is a 9-digit number (NOT the phone number The Passcode is your "call-in" passcode when you call customer service.
Straight Talk The account number is the IMEI of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself - under the battery, so remove the battery!) Or, if your phone has a SIM Card, it will be the last 15 digits of your SIM Card number. The passcode is the last 4 digits of phone number.
T-Mobile 9 digit account number found on your most recent bill. Can be a word for the password.
T-Mobile Prepaid The account number is your phone number (including area code). The passcode is a 4-digit PIN number (the same PIN used when calling customer service). If you don't know it, call the porting department at 1-877-789-3106.
Talk for Good Account number is your 10 digit phone number. The passcode is the last 4 digits of the phone number.
TextNow In most cases, your account number will be your TextNow phone number with a "1" added to the beginning of the number.  (For example, 15559991234.)  If your number was originally ported into TextNow, there's a chance your particular porting information might be different.  Contact TextNow at 1-888-250-5255 Your PIN will be 1234.
Ting Login to your Ting account, and click on the "settings" link at the top right of the page - the 1st page that comes up should be "account info." This page will display your name and account number. Please use this information when filling out the port form. Also, click on "Billing info" to see your correct billing address. The passcode we are looking for is your "MSL." This can also be found in your online account. Click on the link at the top of the page that says "Device Settings." Choose the device with the phone number you want to port out and click on the device to reveal the MSL. It should be revealed under the picture or line drawing. Everything must match (name, address, phone number, account number, and passcode) for Ting to release the number to Page Plus.
Total Wireless Account number is the ESN or MEID of your Total Wireless phone.. You can find this number in the "Settings" menu on your phone, or remove the battery and look for it on the back of the phone. For the passcode, just put "0000" as Total Wireless does not require a passcode.
TracFone Account number is the IMEI of the phone (this can be found on the back of the phone itself - under the battery, so remove the battery! . Passcode is the last 4 digits of phone number.
US Cellular The Account number for porting purposes is NOT the one listed on your bill.  You will need to call the US Cellular Porting Department at 888-900-7678 to get your "porting account number." The passcode is your 4 digit PIN.
Ultra Mobile The Account number is NOT listed on your bill. You will need to call Ultra Mobile Customer Service Department at 888-777-0446 to get your "porting account number." You will need to call Ultra Mobile Customer Service Department at 888-777-0446 to get your "porting passcode."
Verizon POSTPAID

The account number can be found on your most recent bill and usually ends in 00001. Also, NEVER port the PRIMARY number first - always port your secondary number(s) FIRST!! The passcode is "call-in" passcode when you call customer service. It is usually the last 4 digits of your social security number (unless you specifically changed it to something else). Customer Service Number is 800-922-0204.
Verizon PREPAID

Account number is your 10-digit phone number. The password is your 4 digit security PIN.  If you don't know it, you can Call Verizon Prepaid Customer Service at 888-294-6830.
Virgin Mobile You will need to contact the Virgin Mobile Porting department at 1-855-326-7983 (or 844-326-1261 for Data Share) to get your account number - it will be a 9-Digit number only they can provide to you. The passcode is usually the customer's birthday in 6-digit format (2-digit month/2-digit day/2-digit year...example: 011065 for January 10th 1965) UNLESS you changed it to something else.
